Banquet Hall rentals are available!! The rental fee for the ballroom is $400.00 for up to 5 hours. This must be paid at the time the agreement is signed. Any additional hours in excess of 5 hours will be billed at $100.00 per hour. The banquet hall seats 250 people.
Security Deposit: A $200.00 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. The security deposit will be returned in 7 to 21 days after the event only if there are no damages, lease violations or returned checks (NOTE: A $30.00 FEE IS CHARGED FOR RETURNED CHECKS).
Catering: You may bring in your own caterer or prepare your own food for your event. We recommend Mimmo’s Restaurant. Contact Lucy at 610-373-2800 for information.
Bartenders: 1 bartender per 100 people is required. The bartender fee is $10.00 an hour. The bartenders are paid 1 hour prior to the start of the event for setup and 1 hour after the event for cleanup.
Cleanup: A fee of $75.00 is charged to clean the hall after the event.
Soda: A charge of $1.25 per person plus tax is charged for soda.
Beer: Domestic beer is $200.00 per keg and $250.00 per keg for import beer.
Cancellations: The rental fee is non-refundable if the lesser cancels this agreement less than 30 days prior to the event. The security deposit will be returned in full if cancelled prior to 30 days.
